Shock absorbers restrain wheel and body motion

Shock absorbers are a type of oil pumps. The mechanism of shock absorbers works by way of pistons, piston rods, and valves. At the end of the piston rod, a piston is attached and it works against the hydraulic fluid in the pressure tube.
